Data Integration
Use Data Integration to move company data into and out of Actualog in a controlled way.
This area is for integration managers, company administrators, and data stewards who prepare imports, exports, feeds, identifier aliases, dictionaries, and API credentials for the selected company workspace.
What belongs here
The Data Integration group can include:
- Data Load — upload and process company data files.
- Exports — review export jobs and download generated files.
- Product Identifier Namespaces — define company aliases for product identifier sources.
- Attribute Dictionaries — maintain value lists used by List Attributes.
- Channels — configure company feed profiles.
- API Key — manage credentials for the Actualog Public API.
- Public API — open developer documentation when the current plan allows API access.
When to use Data Integration
Use Data Integration when the task is about repeatable data exchange, not one manual edit.
Examples:
- importing many products from a prepared file;
- exporting product or catalog data for another system;
- mapping internal identifiers such as SAP1 or SAP_SUPPLY;
- maintaining dictionary values such as steel grades or color names;
- configuring scheduled inbound feeds;
- creating API credentials for a trusted integration.
Permissions and plan limits
Integration pages are shown only when the selected company, user role, and subscription allow them.
If a Data Integration link is missing or disabled, check:
- the selected current company;
- your company permissions;
- the company plan and enabled features;
- whether the page requires the Configure integrations or data-load permission.
